1. About the Service

FormulaAI (“we”, “us”) provides AI-powered Excel tools including table generation, editing, VBA code generation, and formula helpers via our website at https://formulaai.net. By registering and using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

• • You must register with a valid email address.
• • You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your password safe.
• • Accounts may not be transferred, rented, or shared with third parties.
• • Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscription & Billing

• • We offer a Free plan and a Pro plan. Specific entitlements are listed on the Pricing page.
• • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Paddle.
• • Paid entitlements take effect immediately and revert to the Free plan when the subscription expires.
• • Prices may change; existing subscribers are not affected during the current billing cycle.

See the Refund Policy page for details. Briefly: free trials without login are non-refundable; Pro subscriptions can be fully refunded within 7 days of purchase if unused.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Upload or process data that violates applicable laws.
• • Use the Service to produce infringing, fraudulent, or malicious content.
• • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attack the Service.
• • Abuse the free quota (e.g. mass registrations, automated farming).

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Results are produced by AI models and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should manually verify results before relying on them, and cross-check in important scenarios. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.

7. Data & Privacy

We take user privacy seriously. Files are parsed locally in the browser and deleted after processing; they are never stored on our servers. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Changes & Termination

• • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
• • We may restrict or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
• • You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you have paid us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
